    Can I coordinate with other veterinary hospitals in order to all be on the same page and require COVID vaccination?  The intent here is to make it difficult for employees who refuse the vaccine to find it easy to get a comparable job at a nearby competitive hospital. 


    This type of conduct is generally prohibited by the Antitrust laws.
